Error description
An error occurred during word processing via the COM interface.
Review
A Word session may only be open in the background and can then only be closed via the Task Manager.
Causes
The error usually occurs when another Word session hinders the ClassiX® printing process
Possible solutions
End open Word session (processes) via the Task Manager.
If this error continues to occur, check whether the error also occurs when another user performs this action on the same computer and whether the error occurs when the user with the error works on another computer. If the error does not occur in either case, then the user's profile is not correct and should be recreated. Afterwards the error will not occur again.
ATTENTION: When creating a new profile, it may happen that the user can only log in with a temporary profile. Solution
